Bargain Product-Argan Oil

uggg!  Still waiting for this bang phase to pass!  Wishing I didn't even get my hair cut to begin with.
Just loosing patience.  I thought about giving myself a trim but I wisely resisted the urge. 

On the brighter side I tried something new.  I've been using Organix brand Moroccan Argan Oil.  The scent is quite nice.  It has a light scent of coconut, flowers & vanilla.  I was lucky to find a great deal at Walgreens 2 for 1.  I believe I paid $8 for a 3.5 oz bottle. 

It is a tiny bottle but a little really does go a long way.  It sort of reminds me of silk oil without the oily look.  Your hair is instantly softer and it gets rid of any frizzies.  This is great if you are in a hot/humid climate like me.  They recommend using it on damp hair but you can use it when your hair is dry too.  I think it's especially nice after a color treatment.  It brings life back to your hair.  It also protects form styling heat...more great news!

What do you do when you get a bad hair cut?

I showed up early picked out what I wanted....side swept bangs.  It was a big change for me!  I haven't had bangs in several years.  I wanted some layers in my hair to thin it out a bit.  It seemed pretty simple.

I knew I was in trouble when my stylist started asking if the length was o.k.  I thought to myself, is she done!  The front & sides were not blended and the bangs were down to my nose. 

After a few tweaks I agreed it looked fine.  I went home and inspected the damage.  My bangs weren't parted when she cut them????!  After she cut them shorter they were a little too short.  When I push them to the side it doesn't look like I even have bangs.  I wondered......should I go back and to get them fixed?  ...not much left to fix!  I didn't want to make a fuss & I sure didn't want it looking worse!
 I decided not to go back they will grow back.  Until then I am using bobby pins to hide the mess.
Is it a bad idea to return and ask another stylist to fix your cut?

I was so excited to find cookiemix67 this weekend.  Not really sure how I stumbled across her.  I enjoyed her for simple reasons.  She is pretty down to earth, funny as can be and tries out a number of products.  I will say, I love that she plays music in her vids.  It's a little something different.

This is my first post.  I am very excited to get started!  I just started my youtube account and blog today.  I intend to use this fourm as a positive outlet.  I want to share & connect with others with similar intrests.  I have been watching the Youtube beauty community for about year now.  I decided it was time to join in the fun. I don't know if I feel comfortable making tutorials but I just wanted to share the love.  There are so many wonderful Youtubers.  I am also interested in discussing videos....in a positive way.  If you have any tips or tricks about Youtube or this fourm please share!  I can't wait to get things started.
